Shipping Policy

Order Processing and Shipping

All orders will be shipped out using UPS or Private Freight. Most orders are shipped the same day or the next business day after the order is processed, depending on the size of the order and if all the customer’s paperwork is current. We try to ship within a 3-day time window. Orders placed after 4 pm EST are considered for the next day. Each order is assessed freight, insurance, and weight-based handling fees.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Packaging

Boxes are amply sized, and your items are well-protected. We try to ensure the packaging on the products we ship out is in the best condition possible. However, sometimes they are not perfect.

Damage Claims & Lost Shipments

You must notify your account manager by telephone of damaged or lost shipments within 48 hours of receipt or non-receipt of your package.
