To ensure compliance with the ongoing PACT Act, all current and prospective customers are required to submit or resubmit their business information once a year. In addition, all accounts MUST fill out our PACT Act form and send in the necessary documents to continue receiving orders from Sonic Distro. Any business document that is required in your state MUST be submitted. (Tobacco License, Business License, OTP License, Sales & Use Tax Permit, Seller’s Permit).
If customers need to have orders shipped to multiple addresses, this form must be completed for each address that the company will have orders shipped to. Orders will only be shipped to approved addresses on file.
